Shipping Guidelines

Domestic and International Shipping: We offer international shipping services. All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. For orders within mainland UK, delivery occurs within 2-3 working days after purchase. Please note, complimentary shipping applies exclusively to orders over £75 destined for mainland UK. Shipping charges apply for international orders and regions outside mainland UK.

Order Tracking and Delivery: Following the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note, our delivery process does not require a signature and we are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen post-delivery.

Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns: We accept returns for refunds, replacements, or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The products must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The products must be in their original condition.
  • The products must remain unopened.
  • The purchase must have been made directly through Electriciteaa.com.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the safe return of products. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. To arrange a return or exchange, please email electricitea29@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURNS” or “EXCHANGES”.

Refund Procedure: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a gift, please be aware that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be provided directly to the gift recipient.
